Our goal is to have a central location on the web where trial participants can gather all of the needed information to have a spectacular time in Estes Park. They will keep everyone together into 2 of their buildings. Room rate is $109 per night for rooms with 2 queens or 2 double beds. They are holding 30 rooms with no money down until June 2nd with no penalty if they are not used. The group can make individual reservations by phone with no deposit required. They will allow dogs in the rooms (prefer kenneled) for a charge of $10/day. They have more than 30 rooms on-site. They will offer this discount to the entire group and you can certainly use more, but will only hold 30 on the block. If individuals call after June 2nd, rate will be higher and offered on a space available basis only. Olympus Lodge Phone: 800-248-8141 OR 970-586-8141 info@olympuslodge.com www.olympuslodge.com They have 15 rooms available, though they are not holding them as a block. Room rate is $109 per night. They have five rooms that are pet friendly (maximum 2 dogs, but may do more if they are kenneled) for a charge of $10/day. Reservations can be made by phone with a 50% deposit required. Olympus includes a continental breakfast with your stay. It's a little closer to the event location. They also have camping for up to two trailers or RV's. The cost is $35/night with electric, sewer, cable TV and water included. They also have kamping kabins and kottages sleeping 2-4 people. Prices range from $55-130 per night, varying as to size and whether they have a kitchen and bathroom. There is no limit on the number of dogs that will be accepted. Mary's Lake Campground Phone: 800-445-6279 OR 970-586-4411 maryslake@aol.com www.maryslakecampground.com This location is a little further away, but offers driving to the ball fields without traveling through downtown Estes Park when traffic is more congested and less convenient for the larger rigs to travel back and forth daily. Their rates are $40 per day for 2 ppl per rig. Additional charge of $3 per person per day if more than two people. There is no limit on the number of dogs that will be accepted.
